VITAL RECORD REQUESTS AND SEARCHES

  • Certified Copies of any Vital Record are $10 each.  Additional fees may be added based on research time.
  • To request a certified copy of a Vital Record, complete the Vital Record Request Form and return it to the Town Clerk's Office.  
  • Genealogy  Requests should include names, dates or time frames and any other relevant information.   We will respond with an estimate of cost as soon as possible.
