Sewer User Fees

Sewer bills are issued quarterly as follows;

QTR 1:	January	February	March	Billed in April
QTR 2:	April	May	June	Billed in July
QTR 3:	July	August	September	Billed in October
QTR 4:	October	November	December	Billed in January

• Bills are due and payable within 30 days of issue.  
• Late payments are subject to a $25.00 demand charge.
• Interest will be charged at 14% per annum on any payment not received by the Collector’s Office by the due date.  Postmarks are not accepted.  
• Continued failure to pay will result in water service being shut off. There is a $100.00 fee charged for water on/off.   
• Unpaid water and sewer charges will be liened on the following year’s real estate tax bill.

UNMETERED	Flat Fee $196.00
RESIDENTIAL	Minimum $134.00	0 - 1,000 cuft	$ 0.134 per cuft over minimum
COMMERCIAL	Minimum $146.00	0 - 1,000 cuft	$ 0.146 per cuft over minimum
INDUSTRIAL	Minimum $170.00	0 - 1,000 cuft	$ 0.17 per cuft over minimum

 

SEPTAGE RATES: (Effective QTR 3 - 07/01/2025)

$0.085 per gallon - Town Resident
$0.095 per gallon - Non-Resident
