Health Insurance Employee and Retiree FY2023


Open enrollment May 1-21, 2022

 

Open Enrollment is May 1- 21, 2022 where you can Add, Drop, or make Changes to your coverage without a Qualifying Event.

New deductions start with the first paycheck beginning June 2022. Below is information for the health, dental and vision plans that will be effective from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.   • For Employees- Any changes will be effective July 1, 2022.
  • For Retirees (MEDICARE ELIGIBLE ONLY) - OPEN ENROLLMENT THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2022. Any changes will be effective January 1, 2023. Rates are subject to change for the 2023 calendar year, and will be available at the end of the year. Retirees must be enrolled in Medicare Part A&B. 
  • For Surviving Spouses- Those under 65: Any changes will be effective July 1, 2022. Those 65 +: Any changes will be effective January 1, 2023.
  • For those on COBRA- Any changes will be effective July 1, 2022. Those enrolling in COBRA are subject to 102% of the cost of the plans in which they enroll.
