Municipal Lien Certificate Request

Municipal Lien Certificates are prepared for $50.00 per parcel. Make check payable to: Town of Barre

 

Please be sure to submit your request in ample time, the Treasurer Collector Office has 10 business days by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 60 S23 in which to process a Municipal Lien Certificate request (MLC).

 

Must include all appropriate request forms and a self-addressed stamped envelope via USPS for return receipt (DO NOT do UPS or FedEx we do not have a pick up account or drop off facility within a 20 mile radius)
